Return Policy

To our valued customers:

  • Inspect merchandise immediately. If upon inspection you notice any concealed damage, you must notify Fish House Supply within 3 days after receiving shipment to make any claims.
How to Return Merchandise:
  • We have a 30 day return policy on most of our items.
  • All Electrical Items, Gas Appliances and Gas Parts are non-returnable due to liability issues.
  • All Siding, Doors and Windows are non-returnable due to scratch and dent issues.
  • When returning items you MUST Notify Fish House Supply within 30 days of receipt for a ( Return Authorization) number. Call us or email us for instructions.
  • Returned merchandise must be in new condition, original boxes, original packaging and must include all product related packaging materials, manuals, accessories and will be charged a 20% restocking fee, so make sure you only order what you really need.
  • Items returned to us that has been used or installed or without a ( Return Authorization) number will be returned to the customer at customer's expense, period.
  • All returns must be shipped back at customers expense.
  • Refunds will be issued promptly as long as the above guidelines are met.

Manufacturers Warranty Items*:

  • Considered a final sale.
  • All have manufacturers warranties.
  • Must follow manufacturer warranty and service instructions.
  • Complete all warranty cards, etc.. and mail directly to the manufacturer.
